Positions are posted on our website as they become available. If you do not see positions posted, we do not have any current openings. Applications are accepted for open positions only.

How will I know when new jobs are posted?

Do you hire entry-level positions? 

Yes, we are actively hiring at all levels of the organization. It will be to your benefit to only apply for jobs that match your education and experience.

How do I apply for a job at CVS Health and affiliate companies such as Omnicare, MinuteClinic, CVS specialty, CVS pharmacy, and others?

Can I apply by fax or e-mail?

No. Applications for positions at CVS Health and affiliate companies such as Omnicare, MinuteClinic, CVS specialty, CVS pharmacy, and others are only accepted online.  In rare cases where there may be an alternate method of submitting your application, instructions will be included in the job posting.

Can I apply for a job on my mobile device?

Yes, all of our applications for employment are mobile enabled.  Please note, the application may take up to 30 minutes to complete. We are working hard to improve your application experience.

Why do I have to create an account to apply for a job? What do you do with my information?

Creating an account will make it easier for you to apply for future positions and keep track of current and past applications. Additionally, it enables you to store application information for future use. Your account and application data are subject to our privacy policy and our terms and conditions. You may delete your account at any time.

Can I apply for more than one job?

Yes. We encourage you to explore different career areas that best fit your qualifications and interests. You can only submit job applications one at a time, and you will receive a confirmation email for each job for which you apply.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Will I have to take a test?

Maybe. Some of our positions require a Virtual Job Tryout (VJT) assessment. If this step of our hiring process is required, you will receive an email with instructions on how to do so.  Please reference our VJT help page for more information on what to expect at this link:

What is a Virtual Job Tryout at CVS Health? 

The Virtual Job Tryout (VJT) is a step in our interview process. CVS Health screens over a million job applicants a year. To be fair and objective in making hiring decisions, we consider experience, job related skills, and interview performance. One way we evaluate applicants is by having applicants to many high volume roles take the VJT. Please reference our VJT help page for more information on what to expect at this link:

Can I take the VJT on my mobile device?

Some of our VJT assessment tests require a desktop or laptop, and you will not be able to take the test on your mobile device. This restriction is purposeful as computer use is an integral part of the job for which you are being assessed.

What if I forget my login information or have trouble?

How do I know if you have received my application?

Once you have completed the application process, you will receive a confirmation page indicating you have successfully submitted your job application. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you specified in your application. If you do not receive a confirmation, or if you receive an error message, you can contact Kenexa Helpdesk at 1-855-338-5609 or to report the problem.

Will I be notified if the job has been filled?

Positions remain on our website until they are filled. You will receive an email letting you know if you will not be moving to the next step of the hiring process. Unfortunately, we are not able to personally call everyone when a position is filled or closed.

How will I know if I am being considered for a job?

If you have successfully submitted your application and you have received the confirmation message, your experience and qualifications will be carefully reviewed by a CVS Health representative. Due to the high volume of applications received, you will only receive a call from a CVS Health representative if you are selected for an interview.

Will I hear from a recruiter?  

You will receive an email confirmation for every job you apply for. If you do not receive an email, your application was not received. If you are selected for an interview, we will contact you via the e-mail address you have on file. Please keep your e-mail address up to date.

What do I do if I do not hear from a recruiter? 

If a recruiter does not contact you, please continue to visit our site to search for newly available opportunities.

What are the hardware and software requirements for submitting a job application?

Our system is best experienced on a PC/Laptop with pop-ups enabled, as all functionality is not available through most tablets or mobile phones at this time. If you experience technical difficulties, your browser may require an upgrade. The following web browsers are currently supported: Internet Explorer 11+, Firefox 3-24, Safari 4-5+, or Google Chrome 12-30+.
